wont answer the phone. no email address that you can send. if you use the references they give their website wont accept them. i think this company is using their communication or lack of to scam people out of payment that they may not owe

Try to avoid working for this place. I left a few months ago after 1 yr and its terrible and takes a huge mental strain on you. The management is a closed shop and there’s no opportunity to progress unless it’s nepotism. …

Appalling. Called on a Tuesday ar 2pm and after waiting for 23 minutes I get a robot saying that due to covid 19 their hours changed and advised me to call back Monday to Friday between 9am and 6 pm!!!! Joke of a company

Continually harrassed a relative and caused much distress, and they were chasing the wrong person for the money (which seems to be a recurring problem- see other comments), once informing the police and CSL, they still sent threatening letters to the relative. Bunch of thugs, absolute disgrace.

Absolutely awful service. I wish I had avoided having any dealings with them. Their website is frustrating- the worst I’ve seen in years!

Scam company.Keep calling asking for private details.Never get any letter from them.

Keep calling my house phone, I do not have any debt, Told them numerous time’s to remove my contact number, but they still persist to call, ignore them from what i have heard there correspondence is photocopied etc.
