They are not reliable. Very bad experience with them. They will use any excuse to deny any reimbursement.

Very disappointed with their service. They take time to process reimbursement , it’s been over 15 days now and i still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent emails after emails, all they say is they will prioritise my file but nothing happens.
