Very poor service and rude behaviour which is never ever recommend anyone for go this branch ,1 Japanese always speaking on phone and play with phone which is attentionsally shows that he don’t care customers service . …

Their service is normal like professional but they are not that much friendly that we Asian expect! But still ok for me tho as I just go there and send money… nothing more I need! But I recommend them for sending remittance!!!
