Had trouble with the car, had to go back three times. The service staff were excellent and did their best to get me back on the road. Classic case of dealing with an issue courtiously rather than creating bad feelings. Must have been frustrating for the mechanics but all was well in the end.

Clive Brook Huddersfield team are fantastic!! Second time I have bought a car with them, I am now massive Volvo fan!! Sales team are not pushy at all (thank god!). I went to Clive Brook Huddersfield to view and purchase a XC60 i had seen advertised online, John Crichton Salesman was fantastic to deal with. Any question, problems both John and Cliff went above and beyond to help during the viewing, purchasing and aftercare. Theres only a 5 start option but definitely worth 10/10!

The sales representative I dealt with was very professional, researching past mileage and asking about the use of the car I was considering. His offer was modified further as we discussed the car and ultimately he proposed a better deal than I was expecting. Excellent service.
