It's a scam out of Russia "Latvia" at best. What we thought we were getting (a huge SUV with luggage space for 4 people) for about $300 what we got, a small SUV for twice as much. Mex car was great by the way, they had to work hard to explain it. This company has a lot of fake reviews too and a YouTube said they used them which is why we fell for it.
