My mum has been waiting for gas now for weeks and is done to 1% she is over 70 and keeps getting fobbed off with excuses, even her neighbors are getting their gas when ordered after my mum, nothing is being done to get Gas to her

No one answers the telephone or email to give a reply. to status of order.

Is it true that Flogas put their business customers first before domestic because in the last 2 weeks this has become evident??????? Terrible service to paying customers.
I am a customer, A/c No.4010180 wanting to order gas.For several days I have spent 3 hrs on the phone holding to place an order.I reluctantly went on line to try and it said it did not recognise my email.Is there anyone out there ?GET A GRIP
Do they actually answer the telephone? waiting 30 minutes now. Whats the point in saying get in touch when you cant
Just wondering, now that Shell no longer sell LPG, why you don't sell it at Syston for local drivers? I had my car converted to LPG on the basis that there were plenty of places to get it, now there most definitely are not.
How do I get in touch?They don't answer phone lines... I've tried every number I can find, even the emergency gas leak number, they don't answer emails nor respond to Facebook posts... Their customer service is next to none...
What is the minimum, amount to spend on autogas each month
Why should you have to do it online, particularly when trying to arrange a new supply? I am already put off Flogas by the lack of telephone response for sales, so Heaven only knows what after sales will be like.
Been waiting 12 days for a delivery of a 6KG......what a joke!
Delivery made last Saturday despite atrocious weather. Excellent service as normal which I expect having been a customer for a number of years.

Residential boiler installed after 2025 will have to run on hydrogen, Most existing modern natural gas and lpg fuelled boilers can be converted cheaply to run on hydrogen. Will you be supplying bulk liquid hydrogen to sites currently using lpg
