Housing association is a absolute shambles.

They never answer the phone, impossible to get through by phone, they keep you holding FOREVER! If you have a problem with your rent account, they become INTIMIDATING and THREATENING. They refuse to repair ANYTHING unless you pay for the repair yourself.

Absolutely shocking company, not interested in there tenants or keeping up there property’s. Been waiting months for our front door to be fixed. They book appointments and never show up. Was better when Guinness trust owned our homes. We are currently seeking legal advice.

This housing association is the biggest joke ever yet again waiting for someone to turn up ,supposed to be the first job of the day ,yeah right . Been with them 28 years they expect the rent to be paid yet they can’t be bothered to look after their tenants. 1 star is far far to good to rate them they are the worst
