Hi Mandy Northwest Housing Services are managing agents for a number of smaller registered providers known as Cooperatives. Each have their own housing waiting list. If you call into the office we maybe able to assist you dependent upon your housing need and circumstances. I know one of our clients have their one bedroom list open at the moment. Northwest Housing does operate a mutual exchange register. However its not on the scale of other larger registered providers of housing.Hope this helps
