You could contact the officer in the case if you know who it is, witness care or the court directly as they do have an admin office. If you are stood facing the entrance door and do a 180 degree turn about 20 feet away from you will now see another door facing you that is the admin office..

Not in the court but there is one in the grounds of the Castle where the court is located that opens at 10am.
