I am trying to contact barnet council for the last 4 months and never was able to get to o.t department.
The phone sistem is very poor
After many unsuccessful attempts, I phoned when they had just opened around 9.45am. I got through to my options. Just keep trying because it is a difficult time for all.
why is barnet council so bad at talking to people,your telephone links are utter rubbishi got ripped of with tax update this yesr apart from being told utter lies.i welcome the next election.

Been trying to inform the council that I am moving away for a while now, Submitted the form on their website; emailed them just found the email is no longer in use; called them and nobody is picking up... Can I just visit the council personally?
have tried calling housing benefit today but
theres no one to answer it all push this button push that button and then after all that they tell you to go on line, what away to run a service which is ment to be for the people

If there was a garage in a private house and dropped curb on the road leading to the garage, it now the owner built the garage to a room but still there is the dropped curb, am I allowed to park there legally?

Why is it not possible to speak to any one from the council . I mean there is no chance what so ever. They put this answerin machine on and some options which is less likely the option you need to opt for. It is really very poor service.
Called at 16:52 4 times each time you put the receiver down . Clock watching or what . poor service
How do I get a person on the other end of the phone? Online council tax forms are not working, automated telephone service hangs up on me before I can speak to anyone.
Barnet council are shameful they are ruined Burnt Oak all the money in the brough is being spent elsewhere eg colindale.
When will the existing LBB staff be transferred to the new Colindale HQ on Bristol Avenue from Barnet House Whetstone and North London Business Park New Southgate ?
