I checked on the web that the London office was open and travelled to London to deposit application 24/01/2023 due to Postal delays. When I arrived I was told that the office was no longer in operation and I was given an address in Oxford.
A complete waist of time any money,

I have been trying to call for over 4 weeks and not once has the phone been answered

It’s been six months since I applied and no movement. Haven’t even had a reply in months
