Very bad customer service. Locked up my money and would not give me access to it…took months to resolve.
Website is down all the time – even during working hours and bank has few features – such as inform you when withdraws / deposits hit an account
Horrible Communication. Decision in two days? It’s been several weeks and cant even get a simple return phone call on my pending application.
