Fine except for the wait at the tills. To be fair staff did request further till trained colleagues to reduce the queues.

Large store, newly refurbished. Great homeware department. Always have to wait in a long queue at the tills though.

I visit rarely but picked up a few dresses as I’d got a Love to Shop voucher to spend. Nothing ,outstanding, just everyday items. There’s always something new here as stock turns over quickly. Couldn’t find a tankini or bikini bottoms in my size, must be lots going abroad as we all need some sun.

Great choice of clothing and friendly, helpful staff. Loses a star for having way too many self serve checkouts. Nobody wants to use them so the queues for the proper tills are massive. Still, if much rather wait and be served by a proper …

Talk about self serve. I’ve never known tills like them in any other shop. There was only one person available to serve you and only if you were paying cash. The queue earlier in the day was ridiculous so l left and went back again later in the day. I don’t like self serve and never will. It’s all about cutting jobs!
