why don't they ever answer the phone
They are really bad
Can't wait for my daughter to finish this stage so we can move on
Really rude reception staff and they come up with rules as they go
Paying 60 pounds per month just for 30 minutes a week and when you try to get a ticket they make your life hell
Dirty changing rooms and group changing always closed
Cold water and most of the times showers not working
You complain or not nothing will happen
I emailed their manager 4 times and he keeps saying let's meet to discuss but he is never around
Apart of the instructors and maybe two life guards everyone else should be retrained
True I had same problem had to go their personally no one answers the phone
Why is this gym so filthy? Please please employ cleaners!
It's very poor. Go to easygym or the gym in Tottenham Hale. Much better then this place.
THE BABY POOL IS COLD ITS LITERALLY UNCOMFORTABLE NO WONDER THE POOL IS ALWAYS EMPTY. THE WATER IS MUCH WARMER IN KENSINGTON POOLS. THEY COULD GENERATE MORE MEMBERSHIPS OF THEY FIX THIS BUT THEY ARE IN DENIAL LOL

Why is the pool always cold and is filthy you can see pieces of paper and hair in the pool?
Supposedly there are unresolvable issues with the boiler that mean the pool is cold. The dirt is just a lack of upkeep by Fusion.
They never pick up the phone. I've tried ring them all morning this and last weekend to find the info about swimming school! Very unprofessional!
Maybe have a look at the start time's of the swimming and try ringing Inbetween as it does get busy

They enrol customers give you a card and they finish with you. It would be nice to show people round so that they are aware of facilities available and where to go if they need to engage in a particular exercise. Any question asked you get an answer that leaves you wondering what you should do. I felt lost and went back home on the day I was determined to start exercising. I hope the centre will improve.
Do they have function rooms? Can I have a wake here?
Yes, you can hire a hall there and set it up for functions or other events.
Does anyone works at the front desk at Fusion Tottenham Green..what a waste of my money no matter how you ring no one picks up.that phone,I would never encourage or invite anyone to join

They are busy with customers. Otherwise they do pick up. I visit place daily. Front desk person is helpful and works hard.
why is this centre have such low quality and incompetent staff.
I believe they are not well trained in how to deal with issues also customer support. It starts with management that they are aware of the problems but noone bothers to change anything around there.

Id like to bring two boys after School tomorrow to use the pool and slide etc. but when I got on line it says fun swim is only at the weekend - is that correct? Surely kids can go after school.
Give them a call and they will give you better information because sometimes what you see online differs especially now due to changes made during covid. Hope this is helpful!

The place is great. However, some women turned it into a mess (henna, masks, wild herbs, scrambling dead skin, you name it).Could we kindly consider the presence of other women from different backgrounds, allergies, dos and donts?
