NewDay FAQs
How do I get NewDay to answer my letters. I have written 3 so far without reply regarding a loan I took out in 2017. I don't use the phone as I have hearing problems. Any suggestiond?
Obviously I don't know the time-span of your 3 letters. Maybe a 4th one with a threat of contacting the relevant Ombudsman? And if still no response, go ahead and file a complaint with the Ombudsman. (Contact details should be on some of the correspondence you've received from NewDay - whether paper-based or electronic.)
Why can I not speak to a Human Being.??? Working from Home seems to make staff lazy. 6 times I have tried calling, each time I am cut off. ??
