Absolutely useless company avoid at all cost, sold on lies from the rep from the start. Moved suppliers as soon as the 12 months was up… Now waiting 5 months to get back all the money over charged by Peterborough Energy! Lesson learned to stick to more established companies for energy.

Can’t fault them. They base your energy usage on an average at the start but providing you issue them with meter readings they adjust the usage after 3 months and refund accordingly. …
