We just got a letter after we sent proof 9f ticket to say we not put reg in in which we did and can see on ticket and still git to pay

What's happening on your Millbay car park in Plymouth. Half of it has been fenced off.
Why is this company still allowed to work in it's unethical and unprincipled ways. They're not only issuing parking charges for incorrect registration charges but keeping the money you paid to park in the first place. Surely that an illicit act!
