Called to reactivate service, agent asked me card number again, gave same card as previous time, he went over policy and ask me to wait 24-48 hrs.48 hrs later, no service.Called again, was told i needed a different card.

My score has not updated on there site for the past 4 months. What am I paying for, I signed up with another company and get a monthly update every month . When I sign on to privacy gaurd most of the time my scores are not available at all I would not recommend this company
