This week (september) I received my order 3 days late. I ordered dried noodles that normally have a lengthy best before date. however 16 out of 19 packets were FOUR MONTHS OUT OF DATE. I sent them an email to make a complaint and they claim not to understand my “query”. Based on this i question the standard of the food sold.

Very Bad quality stuff sent to us. Totally disappointed. Never order again. Freeze pack on the frozen food was normal room temperature. Badly packed, vegetables looked atleast 2 to 3 weeks old.
Ayeesha they belong in the sub continent on a Rickshaw not in uk treating customers like slum dog millionaires customers services. Good you get rid of them. Online shopping never spent over one hundred pounds with any of them. And be careful if meat being sold in plastic or plastic packaging.
