Put in for a repair in august 2022 (as have a hole in the roof and a leaking outhouse roof) still not been fixed. Phone rooftop weekly and get told it’s not good enough they will get on it… still waiting! Quick enough to take the rent and put rent up, shame they don’t do the repairs in an acceptable time scale and standard.
