My father is currently here and on his last couple of days. The staff have been so wonderful in creating such a safe and calm atmosphere for our family. If it wasn’t for them, the journey of our father would of ended badly. But the hospice is a beautiful place and we can’t thank everyone enough for everything they’ve done for our dad.

My brother has Parkinsons. Currently he is living in a Nursing/Care Home, however because of the deterioration in his condition we now feel his needs are unable to met . Do patients entering a Hospice have to be end of life?
As far as I aware the facilities are available for patients and families may need a rest bite. But best to speak to the staff. They are amazing at St Francis

Can have as many as you like within reason but it is also upto the nursing staff if the patient is quite poorly. They may want to reduce the visits
