There's no a&e and last time I went to the walk in centre I was told I should have rang first.

Where was the Burns Unit from Shotley Bridge moved to? Due to bad burns needing plastic surgery after epileptic attacks I was brought here and the staff from the cleaners, porters, nurses, doctors and surgeons, all first rate.
