Excellent service by Aisha and Imaan. They’re very polite and approachable. The lifeguards especially Annam and Hasan are nice too❤️

I totally agree with you. I faced the same problem when I went to enquire about the swimming sessions. But I complained about it and spoke to a different member of staff.
The sauna is never hot like it should be.
Most gyms i have attended have had really hot saunas, but unfortunately here at sparkhill the sauna is not hot enough!!!
