I have been trying to contact a human being within this company for only to be redirected to several extensions on to be cut of because the person is not available .How hard can it be to speak to a human .Please could you update you contact number to a human.

Ordered a replacement card due to card breaking was given a 7 day pass . still waiting for replacement after 10 days advised to wait however if card does not turn up . I will need to reorder and that could be another 10 days and told I will just need to pay the farr everyday
