How can I get SSE to update my account with smart meter details. Promise after promise, no action. Now four months since electricity meter removed and smart meter installed. Promises, but no action.
Domestic electricity and gas accounts are Ovo now and not SSE. Try getting in touch with Ovo instead to get a resolution. I have no problem with Smart meter and monitoring through the app on my smartphone and with a small monitor in the house to keep tabs on my usage.
