I am insured with Homeserve and they arranged for an engineer to assess a claim on an induction hob who came on September 20th
He agreed the claim and informed us that new glass or a new hob would be organised Can you assist us on the order?
Looking at some reviews, I can see some people have had similar issues that I'm currently having with Pacifica. It's been almost 3 months since they said they would replace my broken fridge freezer. How did you resolve the issue, I'm getting nowhere?
