Fantastic housing association. Have been a tenant for 15 years no problems whatsoever. Staff are friendly and repairs are always done to a very high standard.

There okay if they listen to your problem at the time that its arises.

After a conversation with the housing manager, things have been sorted and getting sorted. The housing manager is far more polite and understanding than the previous one used to be. Much happier after talking through with her.

Generally over see repairs ok. My biggest bug bare is that they are not vetting potential tenants and are bringing in scum bags from other areas, who do nothing but cause problems. And this is happening right now.

After the passing of my mother, i took over her property and Acis have been the most disrespectful company i have ever dealt with. Acis are very poor. False advertising on houses with the council. Apparently need to be legless to get a property, and epilepsy is not a medical need for a ground floor flat, concrete stairs aren’t a risk ractor?

Not the best housing association I have been with, they need to be more in touch with their staff and not to make excuses for not communicating with their clients to let them know what is going on instead of getting the clients to phone them when it’s their job to phone phone the clients.

Come out fix in my repairs in a timely manner. Sometimes they don’t say when they coming but 90% of the time they are spot on
