Phone me multiple times a day asking me to confirm personal info which I told them I will not do as I have no clue who they are. They guy on the phone gets really rude when I explain this. Not sure why this company is being allowed to work like this without any consequences.

This debt collection agency are calling me repeatedly, despite me telling them I already have a payment plan in place with my energy provider which was resolved at the beginning of October.

Phoned me without giving any details abou whatt the call was about. Asked for all my personal information before proceeding. I never provided this and ended the call.

Constantly leaving voicemails asking to call them but will not say why, so I will not be returning the call. I don’t know who they are and the only reviews on here are bad
