I use Arc because I’ve found I can rely on their products to be good quality at a reasonable price, and ideal for use on home workshop machines.

It’s all good once you get through the first line of support. Had to resolve an issue with a mill I received and Ian was very helpful and professional. If there was no communication issues with my order in the first place I’d give them 5 stars.

They sent the wrong bits, were returned for a refund at my own cost, and they only part refunded…. blamed me for them sending out a 3mm file in place of the requested 7.5mm file. Had to dispute with bank…. minor irritation, but disclosed a company’s attitude of ‘we don’t get things wrong, it’s your fault’…

Good online engineering suppliers, if your a little unsure of what you need a quick phone call and the guys there help.out tremendously. Good prices to.

Rang for some specific information on an item once ordered found that the information given was incorrect, I asked if I could return the item and was told that because the item was not faulty I would have to cover all postage costs if I wanted to return the item.
