Nurse forgot to record on my notes that I was asked to return for an X-ray. So, on return, I was told I would need to wait 3hrs and see another nurse for a referral. Reception staff were new and didn’t know what they were doing, no solution offered despite their mistake.

A bit of a long wait but still got seen in the end. Other then that pretty good.

Outstanding service. I was dealt with in the most professional of ways by all of the staff from the receptionist, nurse, through to the doctor. I was diagnosed, given three options and had minor surgery all within an hour of arrival. What a wonderful place. 10 out of 10.

I was told they did not do x rays for broken ribs. I found out later they had no x ray facility operational that day. WSM A and E informed me yes its a standard procedure. Will not go back their again.

Shocking. 8 patients in waiting room still took 5 hours to be seen. Not enough staff.

Takes a while to be seen even on a quiet day, big hospital pretty much no staff and 70% of the hospital isnt even used

Not 24hr. No a&e. Long waits. No xray. Nothing to occupy kids. On the upside….parking is free….at the moment.

Very friendly staff, but please be aware: only for minor injuries, life-threatening is seriously dangerous, shame, this is the wrong place for life-threatening emergency.
