Very negative communication between broadacres and tennents , never at their office no more never solve problems efficently and fast and do not listen to tennents
My thermostat isn’t working so my heating wouldn’t turn on I ring it through emergency line because I have 2 kids aged 3 and 1 and then to get told its not an emergency when it’s snowing and freezing outside

Damp properties that don’t get fixed. Rubbish support. So called surveyors who couldn’t survey a souffle. Four years of our life totally wasted and in beautiful Stokesley too. Won’t be using them again!

All fine till you sign your life away as soon as it means them doing something you get no replies and no support if you’re buying a house through them as part ownership just go direct to the builders because these lot are useless no replies …
Absolutly shocking customer service housing officers are rude and do not speak about problems just dish out letters avoid broadacers at all costs

Broadacres, have from start to finish been 100%
There ways of listening and keeping us in the loop of repairs etc have been quick and efficient …
My partner phoned up about our boiler not working and it was fixed from phone call to being fixed in 50 minutes.. very impressed ty Broadacres

I think broad acres is most inconsiderate I waited a year to get a bungalow they put every obstacle in the way they possibly could and they don’t listen to you regarding medical problems I was treated like a second class citizen
Really nice staff who help to get you to were you want to be.
