Broadland staff come over so sweet and helpful , but they are not . That are worse than useless they are lazy and couldn’t give two dams . The service could improve by simply returning a phone call all .
Broadland have always been super helpful, sheltered us when we were in need, been entirely appropriate with the way that they conduct themselves and have provided a much better landlordship than I could have ever expected. absolutely awful never sort out repairs ignored that I have health issues and my flat is damp full of mould and the house incredibly disrespectful people above property.
Excellent service and has always been helpful and efficient for me, had a few repairs all dealt with in a timely manner. In my opinion Broadland go above and beyond for their tenants.
