Excellent access and very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Brilliant service and very friendly and helpful staff can not fault them at all. We called emergency repair number to report a leaking pipe and within 2 hours the guy was at the door and the pipe was repaired and water back on. Excellent customer service best landlord we’ve ever had.

I’m a tenant with BDHT. Rent prices are great. If you need any repairs they come out pretty quickly and the repair people are always very friendly and you feel at ease with then in your home. I am having a wet room fitted due to health reasons and this has been totally funded by BDHT and I’m incredibly grateful
