This is my families favourite cinema! We have unlimited cards so experience this Cineworld often every month… staff are friendly. Many screens to cater for lots of different movies, as well as great selection of food. The free car park attached is a great bonus- with restaurants close if we want to have a bite too.

Great place to come and watch movies. Toilets stink though. Be sure to always book tickets as a member/sing up. Don’t use check out as guest option. Otherwise should you need to cancel or reschedule you can do that

None of the automated ticketing machines were working and the particular screening / seating area were I saw the film was too cold with the air conditioning set below normal room temperature. Other than that, everything else was fine and to the usual standard.

Would be nice to enjoy a film without sitting down in a mess from the previous people/ screening.
To top that, you get a middle-aged woman thinking it’s ok to put her bare feet on the head rests.

Nice cinema just the staff for buying food on cinema hall is to slow. We spent around 20 minutes to buy the food. We did have just 2 customers before us but the guy at the till was so slow. 30 mins of adverts before the film??? Why advertise the film starts at say 19:30 when it actually starts at 20:00. You have to sit for half an hour!! The IMAX screen 8 had a constant red flicker throughout the film at random moments. But consistent. That was distracting and clearly a technical glitch.

As always, every time we go to Cineworld, we have a great time. Great food choices, clean screening rooms and polite staff.

A decent Cinema, but not the best experience. Very messy and dirty. The staff was kind. The chairs were dirty and broken. But at the end of the day the tickets are a good price, and there are a good amount of food and drinks.

At £21 a ticket (3D iMax) I was pleasantly surprised to find out the popcorn and drink (although already extortionate) hasn’t appreciated in price too much (~£10 for a large drink and popcorn). I haven’t been to the cinema since pre COVID and had a great night out. Thanks Chinnyworld

A number of the seats had left over pop corn. Clearly shows the hall was not cleaned after the last movie. Very disappointing to come to this multimillionaire company but witness something so disgusting as if there were not enough cleaners or the cleaner could not be bothered.. Plenty of screens and show times available for movies. Has an underground car park with lifts that take you straight into the cinema which is a huge plus!
