Being a Habinteg tenant who resides at Whitby court,Firstly let me say how disgusted I was to be issued a car parking ticket. Another tenants daughter who does not live there also got a ticket. They complained to the York way office and had the ticket revoked. I am now left with a £100 fine and feel this is unjust.
