Love the shoes and the assistant was fantastic, had no problems, even though the child had never had his feet measured before. The assistant was very polite, respectful and friendly. I would recommend you buying clack shoes for your child and I recommend using the Rochdale store

Nice place but disappointed with the choice

The 2 lady’s working today were amazing trying their hardest to find a size 6 brogue for my father sadly none in stock but they tried everything in order for him to have them Saturday and customer service was 10/10 thank you for a pleasant visit under sorrowful circumstances it helped more than I can say

On more recent visits the staff have been very friendly helpful (this hasn’t always been the case). They don’t seem to have much stock and we do tend to have to go to another Clark’s store or buy online which can be a bit of a faff, but other than that it is usually a pleasant experience.

Nice brand top quality shoes

I was taking my granddaughter for her school shoes and it was very busy, we had to queue for a while but when we got in there was 5 places for children to try on, it was your space and nobody else could sit there. The service was excellent as usual.

I had a amazing experience today 16/10/20 . I was at the rochdale branch. I was served by sandra, she went out of her way bringing g different sizes to ensure that I was totally happy with the boots I bought . It had been a while since I shopped in Clarks but I will definitely go back and tell my friends. Gail Marshall

Excellent staff, cheerful, Joanne was good, bought 2 boots and got another 10% off my third, excellent value, good quality, I’m thinking of getting my trainers from there as well.

Really pleasant experience under these difficult circumstances. The staff were really pleasant and attentive which was difficult given there were a selection of morons refusing to wear masks and arguing with the staff.

I used to buy nothing but Clarke’s shoes, but now they’re very expensive and a pretty limited range, too.

Took my Grandson for his first fitting and school shoes and was as happy as I was when I took my own children many years ago, other shops should have helpful and patient staff like they have

Unfortunately there is not an option for ‘no stars’. Very poor service from manager, she desperately needs some customer relations skills- unhelpful, miserable and unprofessional are some words I would use to describe her.. won’t be visiting ever again!!!!

Too expensive for main stream shoppers, occasional sales with good reductions, need to look at their pricing policies before they start to decline like all the other major stores.
