Trying to get money back on an item that was sent out broken damaged and markings on. Clearpay are just adding fees, I’ve emailed them so many times and also the company purchased through no help. More interested in adding fees and sending you letters without responding to the actual issue.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
I returned several things I bought from Asos and I paid with clearpay, but they haven’t given me my money back for several months now. I sent many messages to customer service but no one answers my messages. Very bad service, do not recommend

Clearpay are usually great. But I’ve tried to contact them and received no response. Really need a contact number to speak to someone directly. Had a fault with an order that has cost me to be almost £500 out of pocket and I am worried I won’t get this back as I can’t get a response from Clearpay

I used clearpay many, many times, always it was a great experience, I didn’t had any problems with refunds. Also, more you buy with them and obviously paying back on time, more credit limit you’ll get. I have a £1000 to spent available atm

One of the easiest convenient and safe ways to go for online shopping in UK. Friendly customer support with quick response , payment reminders via email and txt message. The only downside of Clearpay is the lack of pc hardware vendors and HIFI-audio .

Never had a problem using clearpay I just wish they would use some different stores ones that people know ie American golf amazon sports direct other than that not bad zilch have much better stores though take note clearpay

Hello rubbish do not use this company customer service It’s dreadful when asked to speak to a manager don’t get put through I was abused by a merchant sent of emails nothing’s been done about it decided to put all my correspondence on social media
