Do not reply to emails or answer the phone. Trying to pay a court fee before deadline seems impossible. I will have to visit the court to try to do it in person, but I expect they will tell me I had to make an appointment, which is also impossible to do! Allow extra time as lots of unexpected delays, very busy court on 3 levels, be prepared to walk up the stairs. I found the usher lady was extremely overwhelmed but still helpful.
Appalling service, not replying to emails, eventually managed to speak with Court Clerk who advised my request will take 20 weeks before they look at my request then I will be contacted in writing to advise how to make payment for copy of document I require.

Appalling service. No one answers the phone, staff are unhelpful and they managed to loose paperwork I personally handed through their drop box. Turns out this is a system where you are better off when you simply ignore their communication and don’t respond! Basically being punished for showing up! So simply ignore their letters and you will be rewarded for not being entered a judgement against.

Outstanding court service, this should be an example to the whole country of how courts should be run! My calls were answered immediately and the judge (pictured) even gave me a lift home after the court hearing. You can’t get any better than that 😉
Fact is they are overwhelmed with work and new budgets mean they are unable to deal with it all at once. I have been on hold for approx 2 hours several times. The line keeps ringing after choosing an option. At other days you are connected right away. Really depends on the time or day you call.

Each time I’ve rang the court, I’ve had to keep trying the number for a full day (genuinely between 9.30am – 4pm) as it just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. It’s INFURIATING.
