Costa by abd large are quite good. The Costa in Next, Longwater, Norwich is the slowest Costa I have ever been too. It is worth dropping in for the experience. I don’t know how they manage to have so many people behind the counter all waiting for the ‘cheif’ to take every order, then prepare it. Muddled organisation. More

Situated in the Next store, on the first floor, overlooking the car park and part of the store, cafe’ style, selling M&S toasties/sandwiches, cake etc. With the air conditioning running the seating area was Very cold, which made the food and hot drinks go cold very quickly. Ok for a quick bite but not cheap.

It’s “alright” service felt sooooooo slow! I had my newborn in her pram at a table and was told I had to wait for my order and couldn’t have it brought over…. just a wave would have been enough so instead I left my baby at the table on her own for about 20 mins – lucky for everyone she was asleep!! Not the best service

No issues with service or quality of Coffee. Tables cleared and cleaned in good time so we could sit in, out of the drizzle.

First what do you expect? Costa prices and quality and it’s a chain. But, I like a toastie and I don’t know if it’s just this outlet or so Costa but only 1 side is toasted. The staff were good but front of house were overwhelmed as whoever was clearing and washing up were not keeping up. Not bad, but could do better.

Always a good cup of coffee at Costa

Lovely friendly staff and a wide selection of beverages and savoury/sweet edibles. Never have any trouble parking or finding a seat. Love the decorations inside the café too. Especially the teacups. Check opening and closing times in store as online isn’t always accurate, I’ve found.

The Charles Leclerc lookalike was really speedy if you’ll pardon the pun

Coffee was as ever good but very busy and difficult to communicate when placing to the order due to masks and large perspex shield. Unfortunately not everybody met Costas request to wear masks and they were not reminded of it when ordering.

I was met with 2 awful young ladies , extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and impolite. I’d never stop by there again .
