Credit Angel is a brilliant service I found it really useful and it’s helped me to take the next steps forward in getting a mortgage as well as providing additional features such as money saving vouchers. Don’t waste your money ! Certainly not worth the £14.99 a month membership fee. You can get more info on your credit file on the free ones. Not very helpful customer service and The response time to emails is shocking.

Luke was fantastic when I spoke to him, looking into a query that I raised and explaining it all clearly, he even pointed out areas of the service I was under utilising such as high street vouchers and offers. The service is very clear to use although it would be useful if you could track your progress historically.

Do not join.. I was a victim of fraud in my bank just 5 days after joining this company. I saw this advertised on TV and presumed it was safe. If you need to view your credit file make an appointment with your bank manager they can help you for free and no risk.

I have used a few different credit reports online in the past and found Credit Angel really useful! I had a few log in issues and I called the customer support team and they were more than helpful with getting me up and running and guiding me through best way to use the service online. Would highly recommend!!

When I was contacted by Jade it was fairly straightforward to set up my details having had a lot of trouble trying to do it online myself the day before.
My hearing is not the best and I found that she spoke a little quickly for me.

I check my report on a regular basis and have found that it is improving slowly but surely! The majority of the time I log on to the site it’s actually to see what I can save money on using the vouchers and inturn this is helping me afford my monthly outgoings and improving my credit score!

I love the app on Android everything is at the touch of a button now so I don’t have to wait until I’m home to view my Credit Report…. I just love it, easy to read and simple to use and an added bonus I can download my report on any of my devices… wonderful.

better then Equifax and Expierian, get more information from this site and easier to use. Canceled because i only check my credit rating once a year, so regular credit scores are not needed. But will definatly use Credit Angel again.

The worst, do not trust these ppl. i cancel my membership and they still took payment out my account. After then tryin to cancel it again, i was not able to access my account. After they took the money from my account already. Worst experience

Yes thay do take money with out your permission even after you have cancelled your trial so don’t bother AVOID AVOID AVOID AS THEY DON’T EVEN GET BACK TO U WHEN U SEND EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER JUST PLAYS MUSIC

To say I am slightly alarmed by the response I got when I rang just a minute ago, I rang the contact number on an e mail I received from Lorraine and it was an automated voice telling me that due to the time of year, you were closed, that time of year was Christmas!
