Honestly this is like a legal scam. Worst customer service- nonexistent actually – make up all kinds of charges while running ridiculous profits, no supervision or oversight and run a monopoly district heating scheme that you can’t get out of. Disgusting that this is allowed to operate in the UK.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. For such a critical company providing essential hot water to residents, they’re run like an amateur operation. Customers are treated as if they’re an inconvenience, level of service is non existent and they run a monopoly with next to no regulation or consequence. Cowboys.
