Trying to make a noise complaint as this is my last straw, I have completed complaint forms but cannot upload them as they are ‘aware there is a problem with the online forms’ but do not offer an alternative method to complain. I have tried calling but keep getting cut off and no email address to email them either. Useless.

Absolutely appalling service, I’ve been trying to get a refund from my mums counsel tax as as she passed away in June. The process has been awful poor communication never do what they say they will do. If i owed them money they would be all over it immediately.

Haven’t grit the pavements or roads around Hampden park seeing as I ride a bike to work it’s dangerous, sick of councils especially this one being bone idle and doing the bare minimum when people pay a steep Council tax! Sort it out.

Absolutely appalling have moved out of eastbourne after growing up there and won’t move back after dealing with the council creating debts both against and in my favour over and over for 3 years and repeatedly threatening legal action for debts that didn’t exist.

Can’t contact them without an on line account so it’s highly discriminatory and if you get through on the phone the person who answers ends the call as soon as you have explained the problem
