Houses are great but they are not organised, it takes takes a long time to get a response on a simple matter. You get to speak to different people and they all say you didn’t speak to me about it and you have to raise the issue again.

Still have a problem with housing benefit. The day they reaceave the money they demand more from you. Where are the rent statements were supposed to get. If you don’t know, and they don’t know who does.

Next door neighbor has a wasp nest outside near our front door and epic won’t do anything about it.
