Holiday of a lifetime cancelled 2 weeks after paying in full (and one month after it was guaranteed). 2 weeks to return the money. Attitude was one of ‘just book another holiday’. No account taken of costs incurred once trip was guaranteed and paid on full; a dreadful attitude all I all.

Frequent solo traveller with Exodus, all very positive experiences and thoroughly enjoyable and memorable trips. Highly recommend if you are traveling alone or just prefer small group adventure travel. Guides always amazing and accommodation in small friendly family run accommodation wherever possible.

Used Exodus for EBC trip in November 2021 (pre Covid). Excellent pre trip comms, Sherpas were excellent, Kathmandu accommodation excellent, but tea houses were basic. This is not Exodus fault but there are better ones along the route they might have reserved instead. Overall it was an incredible trip

i’ve been a fruequent exo guest but ive not been treated welcome tonight. bouncers nearly didnt let me and my friends in and followed us into the toilets. not a safe space as it has always been.

Enjoyed a cross country skiing holiday with exodus, booking was easy, staff very helpful, polite and had knowledge of holidays they are selling, will go with them in the new year when I have moved home.

Went with a tour group. It was a very quiet night and we received very good service. The table was by a well ventilated open area overlooking the sea. But above all the food was delicious. Fantastic tour company. We went on the Natural highlights of Costa Rica tour in March and it was very well organised. The tour guide was extremely informative and friendly. Would highly recommend this company and look forward to travelling with them again in the future.

Really disappointed with the treatment by Exodus following the cancellation of our holiday after FCO guidance not to travel to Vietnam. Repeated refusal to refund the trip cost in accordance with the terms and conditions at the point of booking. Be very careful with any booking with this company.

I’ve been on several cycle tours with Exodus. Their guides are the best and I am always confident that everything will run smoothly. Before discovering Exodus I used other tour companies, now I use Exodus exclusively.

It’s clean comfortable and in a good location. Great for a couple of nights

Cancel your holiday and then claim they’ve changed their terms and conditions so that they’re not obliged to pay you a refund. Avoid at all costs, incredibly unprofessional company

Appaling company who are refusing to give a refund which goes against their own terms and conditions and the abta code of conduct.
Do not use, use Explore instead
