Possibly the worst company I’ve dealt with. Took nearly two months for a return, they claim 28 days after they’ve received the parcel for a refund but I had to chase them after this to be asked the same questions I’d already answered and if I hadn’t of chased I wouldn’t of got my money back. AVOID!!!!!

Customer service isn’t great and clothes are very poor quality and do not look like how they look on the website in real life. Clothes were meant to come next day but came 2 weeks late meaning it didn’t come in time for my holiday.
Sent clothes back for a refund it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t recieved my money.

One of the item bought looks much different than on their website.
Being an online clothes seller and refusing refunds for clothes bought on sale isn’t really encouraging at all and makes me never want to buy anything from there.

I am registered with the telephone preference service and this means that it is illegal for Femmeluxe to send me any text messages without my consent. I don’t care about their products and I want them to leave me alone. I have complained to my network provider and TPS.co.uk

Horrible customer service tried to track my parcel from a week ago on shipment that got delayed and tried to send me the wrong tracking number and say it was delivered, even though I had proof that that wasn’t my tracking number and it hadn’t been delivered. Won’t order again

Although the refund took a bit longer than expected the customer service department was very nice.

The products I bought were very poor in quality and they sent me my order with missing items. When I tried to contact them I received no response. They also do not respond to the telephone number. Very poor service!

Disgusted with Femme Luxe, places an order only received one item out of 4!! They refused to send out the missing items stating that they had sent them!! Will never order from them again!!!

Leaving this review for my wife clothes are lovely worth every penny delivery on time will definitely be buying more from this site .
