Seen 2 council workers clearing leaves off grass today. While no-one can walk on the paths because of ice. Wheres the logic

I’ve just been banned from my local recycling centre after ‘many’ visits during moving house,dismantling and disposing of a huge garage,garden mess at old house,and even more so at new house!!,what in the hell am i meant to do with the rubbish for crying out loud!!??

Been trying to get them to fix fence between us and neighbours council says it next doors and next door say it belongs to council to fix it getting bloody no where now for three bloody years now kids cant use the garden

Absolute disgrace how we’ve had to spend Christmas with sewage waste outside our property and still nobody has been out to sort out this issue despite being told twice someone will be out and even asked to send photographic evidence!!

Can’t be bothered to put parking signs so they make parking zones to trick people into paying hefty fines just for visiting. There wasn’t a sign within 30m of where I parked, just on street parking at the side of the road, and they overturned my appeal because of a zone sign at the end of the street.

Staff very rude. Making personal comments about the relationship between my dad and myself which really is none of their business. Maybe they should learn some communication skills. You can’t blame the pandemic for everything when you were sat at home on full pay and some of us went in to work everyday.

Utterly useless, phoned them to set up direct debit for council tax and change my address and they just ended the call after taking the payment. Guess they can keep the wrong address on file for me for evermore.

Public contact is stressful, they’re not agreed that they “work for us”. Gardening teams do a magnificent job, most services are satisfactory but the staff aren’t very nice.

I have tried to call the council numerous times on the number provided. This is only an answering message. No way to contact any departments. No one to put you through to a department. Council builder are cowboys left my house in a mess and dangerous, they said they will only fix the issues they made if I pay for them to fix it. Lot more issues they have caused too.

Just waited 25 minutes to speak to “Callum” I explained my enquiry to him he said he would transfer me directly to someone else but all I got was list of options that did not relate to my enquiry! Terrible service the management should be ashamed

Shocking passed from pillar to post time and time again, kept waiting on the phone for ages then pass you to other person who doesn’t help ether, for a council its ridiculous,no wonder its under a two star rating

Went to Glenrothes recycling centre today, it was a treat council should keep this booking idea as had no difficulty whatsoever, no waiting, no queue, in an out in minutes, keep it like this
