Freebridge would be better of having sub contractor’s as the freebridge workers don’t get anything done quickly they have been down Sculthorpe Avenue for 2 weeks getting a house ready. with 2 to 5 vans taking up all the parking

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their lack of care for any tenenats is appalling. If you can avoid getting housing with them do. I have been living in a flat with black mould trying to get repaired for 3 years now but every time I call they just say ‘someone will contact you to book it’ they never do.

I have had loads of problems with them. Wont do repairs in a reasonable time. Took 2 years to do a job. Dint get the insulation done properly so as a result I have cold spotting around the house and its took just over 2 years to do that and it’s still not done!!

Freebridge sheltered flats and bungalows at emmerich court. communal gardens is now over grown. not been cut over 3months,can’t see nothing done now till next year, made enquiries said give me a call back nothing.get the rent
