Good place to hangout and try some luck, you need to have their membership card for the entrance (it is required every time you want to enter the casino) and if you visiting 1st time make sure you carry valid ID proof which will be required to create the membership card.

High expectations normally of Genting and was not disappointed tonight. Asked if they could put on Formula 1 and the team not only helped out but gave me my own tv and remote so I could enjoy a few pints and watch the race. Brilliant customer service. Thanks.

We reserved a table for a double celebration and from the minute we got there it was warm and relaxed. The meal was outstanding and staff were friendly and attentive. A special mention to Sharon and Hayley who made our night with their hospitality. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely be back.

Brilliant night out. Many none alcoholic drinks are free. Staff are very friendly and happy to serve you at the games, and show how to use them. Prices are very reasonable. Nice friendly none threatening atmosphere. Great night out.

Ambience is good. Staff may not be that friendly (personal experience). I couldn’t find alot of usual casino table games, specially 3/4 card poker. Service was good though but would have emjoyed more if there were more options on games.

1st time in as a Scottish customer no problems with taking our Scottish money which is a breath of fresh air I left 1 of the other casinos as they were being arsey about taking Scottish Bank notes but not in here great atmosphere aswell pretty laid back !!

Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere, if your looking for a quite game or just for a quick bet and a drink this places is the place for you. It’s the best casino I’ve been to as a member so it’s a 5* from me.

visited GENTING casino recently place really friendly staff and very pleasant place to spend an evening.
The only complaint was the food i had a “cremated” fillet steak almost inedible …

Really funny casino. Small. Blackjack, roulette, three card poker and a few poker tables in back. Security check in was a bit tedious, but staff was excellent. Won a quick £120 and met some nice people.

Front of desk lady was not very helpful and just groaned instructions at us we had no idea what we were doing our belongings were not checked in to a cloak room and no I’d numbers given instead our belongings were left on the foyer floor next to reception desk put a bit of a damper on the night did not stay long.

Been a regular here when visiting Newcastle, was a member here till last night, after our greeting at the door. As we were laughing on the way in we were told that we were “too drunk” and we were refused entry. Very very dissapointed. Will not be returning here again.

My favourite casino although I don’t go much these days, the staff are friendly they make you feel very welcome always nice to chat with them and professional keep it up!

Okay but the Slots could be cleaned after people use them better, no way of knowing if machines are clean or not , I asked and girl told me where paper and cleaning spray was if I was bothered , well I was bothered and that is not good enough .

Nice little casino, food and drink quite decently priced, roulette machines were tge let down though, you can’t see what number has came out and also it stole 5 quid off me saying I had put it on a number when I hadn’t, me and my friends couldn’t believe it, manager came and checked recent plays but it seems it’s a scam!

Chic and cosy Casino with excellent parking. Friendly staff and very approachable General Manager. If you dislike large and impersonal establishments then give this a try.
