A great experience racing. It’s a shame the public facilities were poor. 5 deep at the bar all day, even during races.

Went on 1st May and spent an hour squashed in a sea of rude teenagers trying to get one drink. Not a relaxing or enjoyable experience.

Spent Boxing Day here. Excellent day only dampener was the weather! A nice man gave us access to his corporate box. Odds were better outside but it was nice being inside in the warmth!

Fantastic place! My first time going to the races. Horses, atmosphere, betting some money, having a pint, sharing the experience with friends, what a fantastic day!

Racing is good been a member for over 15 years now and the hospitality has steadily went downhill overcrowded on big days overpriced for alcohol bar service isn’t great and the beer is often flat

Loved the experience of the food festival. But felt that the entry fee. Gave you nothing. Possible could have had free tasters from each truck to help with choosing which to vote for. Overall good enough experience

Fantastic race course. Always have a good day out here. A well kept course, not too expensive, lots of bar staff, plenty of toilet facilities, good range of food options and good viewing points with large screens. Any fan of racing should visit. Better than a lot other courses.

Barclays suite is very poor, no view of the track, only 3 toilets for about 400 lads. Food was very poor and when you got served, the service was very good, except you had to queue twice, once for you beverage and again to pay!

Good racing with the likes of minella Indo, Galvin and Frodon all seen here over last year …can be bit chaotic with alot of youngsters and students at times…you have been warned!!

Good days racing. Car parking well supervised. Security staff friendly and efficient. Only drawback was the queues for the bar and food vendors but this purely down to volume of people attending the race meeting.

Toilets are an absolute joke…. Get it sorted. Racing good but missed two races because I was in the bar trying to get a drink for 45 minutes. Open a beer bar. That would help. Too small for the amount of people using it. Inexperienced staff one day jobs…. Not good. Some of them can’t count…. Have to watch your change … 😡😠🤬 …

Not too big racecourse with live music and great facilities. Easy to get on and off too.

Food in the dark horse was beautiful on boxing day, a shame on the rest of the greasy offerings throughout the venue. suites fully booked however we left happy. John

Was at down royal for the first time today . I have been to different courses and can honestly say I was very disappointed. Couldn’t get near the bar . Took 45 mins to get a burger. The ladies toilets were disgusting. There were a lot of young fellas singing inappropriate songs in the main stand . Can honestly say I won’t be back .

Had a great Friday night racing recently.sat outside at the champayne bar as weather was great.met people from Galway an dromore the crac was mighty .worth a visit.

Very clean and tidy, good view of the track, nice landscaping.
Would of been a 5 but had an annoying speed bump and the toilets were locked

Great family day out if you like horses lots of parking. Dress to impress or dress for the weather anything goes.

Very hard to get served at the bar and took a long time. Racing and food facilities good but definitely needs more bar staff or something.
