What a terrible experience. Emailed some forms in and had no response. When calling as mentioned by others, the call is just cut off. No ability to contact them at all. Would offer zero stars, totally unaccountable! As it is public sector they just feel they can get away with out with no comeback!

I have spent two days repeatedly calling and being cut-off time after time with no success and so have emailed in some hope of a result there! They are clearly understaffed, just another example of the state of this country. Very dissappointed, but not the slightest bit surprised.

I have been advised that Guildford county court no longer takes calls, it has to be written communication for those trying to ring them.

Trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare, you hang on for ages then get cut off, then when you do get through the department you need is shut, so frustrating.

It’s a court, not a hotel. You won’t go there for fun

Absolutely terrible judges , failed to see fathers lies , ignored evidence but allowed father extra on the day , judges took no account of child’s special needs .So now child will be subjected to many changes in a school day .that he will not cope with .
Also failed to recognise fathers controlling behaviour .
